These groups are designed to be positive, respectful, and helpful spaces, but we know that some topics can be more sensitive than others. For example, weigh-in updates or food discussions might feel encouraging for some, but triggering or unhelpful for others.

Please only join the groups that feel safe, supportive, and aligned with where you are right now. You can join more later if things change — your wellbeing comes first.

If you're ever unsure or want to leave a group, that's totally okay. We're here to support you in whatever way works best for you.
